Almost five years ago i started TNO. Silth was my first member and helped get things going by paying people gold to sign our charter lol good times. She has been my second in command and Queen in the WOW universe. while i have been gone she has proven to be capable GM in her own right (i mean she is not as good as me but who is lol)There for my Queen is now a Queen in every since of the word...So when Silth says she is a GM its no longer a crazy thing she made up its true...Gratz to GM Silth May u rule at my side for another 4000 years.

At this time the Portals Max A&B games will be three. Games will be classified as A, B or C Games depending on interest and the amount of time needed to play them effectively.

A Games- A games are the portals top priority games. A good example of a A Game is WOW. This Guild is focused on raiding and requires a certain amount of participation from it's members.

B Games- These may be just as important as A games to the portal, but require less participation from it members. A good example of this may be STO. Of course this cannot be fully determined, but it appears that it will be something we can pursue for fun with less pressure than a A Game.

C Games- These are games that the Portal has decided not to focus on however there may be some members who still enjoy playing it. A Good example of this would be AOC. Because the portal is not doing it interested members can team up and join other guilds and simple hang out.

Our method for classifying Games and selecting the best ones for our Portal.

1. Advertising - We will attempt to advertise games we are going to test. This will help determine the level of interest by portal members and let them have the opportunity of testing it with us giving input, etc, etc.

2. Testing - At the testing level the game is considered a C Game if we like what we see we will form a Guild and move the Game to a B Game.

3.Formal Classification - Once we really have a determination of the game we will ether leave it as a B or move it to a A Game. Most people will only be able to play one A Game however B games will be easily maintained as long as u can afford two subscription.

Of course, free games would be ideal but as we all know they generally lack the Quality you want from a MMO but we will be looking at any possibility's.

Here is a summery of our first test so we can avoid future blunders. DF was classified as a B Game while still Testing.We quickly realized this unforgiving Game could only be played as a A Game. With no members including myself wanting this to be there A Game we had no choice but to ditch it all together.

Currently we are looking at a few games for testing but are most hopeful about Star Trek Online and the Old Republic. So there is more to come and many worlds to explore! Once we have some good alternatives in place we will chill out on testing until we see the next big thing that we cant ignore.
